Terms & Conditions for Online English Classes

By booking an online class with All Abroad Languages, you agree to the following T&Cs:

1. Bookings & Data Protection

All classes are subject to availability.

I’ll send you a confirmation email once your booking and payment have been received.

I comply with UK GDPR and handle your personal information safely and responsibly.

2. Personal Data

I only collect the information needed to manage your booking and ensure your child’s safety (for example, your name, contact details, and any relevant health or learning information). This information is used only for class administration and communication.

I do not share personal data for marketing purposes.

You can ask to access, update, or delete your data at any time by contacting me.

3. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Once payment is made, your booking is confirmed.

I operate a no-refund policy, except if I have to cancel a class myself.

If you / your child cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please let me know as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to offer a reschedule if space allows.

All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made in writing (by email).

4. Online Safety & Supervision

Classes are delivered live on Zoom.

For young learners, a parent or responsible adult should be nearby .

Please ensure you join from a quiet, safe space, dressed appropriately for an online class.

For everyone’s safety and privacy, please join the class using first name and surname initial(s).

Recording, photographing, or taking screenshots of classes is not permitted to protect everyone’s privacy.

I may remove a participant if behaviour is seriously disruptive or unsafe for others.

5. Technology & Connection

Please make sure Zoom is up to date and check your device, camera, microphone, and internet connection before class to help things run smoothly.

If there’s a temporary connection problem during a session, I’ll do my best to help you rejoin or provide a short catch-up summary if possible.

6. Health & Wellbeing

Please let me know about any relevant health or learning needs so I can support you / your child appropriately.

7. General Responsibility

I always aim to provide a safe, positive, and supportive online learning experience.

Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring their child’s appropriate use of technology and online conduct during sessions.

8. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on my website.

By booking, you confirm that you are the parent or guardian of the child attending and that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
