By booking a class with All Abroad Languages, you agree to the following T&Cs:

1. Bookings & Data Protection

All classes are subject to availability.

Booking confirmation email will be sent once payment is received.

I follow UK GDPR rules and handle your and your child’s personal data safely and responsibly.

2. Personal Data

I collect only the information needed to manage your booking and ensure your child’s safety (for example, your name, contact details, and any relevant medical information).

This information is used only for class administration and communication.

I do not share personal data for marketing purposes.

You may ask to view, update, or delete your data at any time by contacting me.

3. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

I operate a no refund policy, except if I have to cancel a class.

However, if your child can’t attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please let me know, I’ll do my best to offer a reschedule if space allows.

4. Attendance & Behaviour

Please make sure your child arrives on time and is collected promptly after class.

I expect all children to behave respectfully and follow class rules so everyone can enjoy the session.

5. Health, Illness & Safety

Please let me know about any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs your child has that could affect participation.

If your child is unwell (for example, has a fever, sickness, or any contagious illness), please keep them at home until they are fully recovered. This helps protect other children.

6. Liability

While I take every precaution to provide a safe and supportive environment participation in activities is at your and your child’s own risk.

I am not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal items during classes.

7. Policy Updates

I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on my website.

By booking, you confirm that you are the parent or guardian of the child participating and that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
